Heres a good progress collage. Top pics are before Noogling. Middle pics are 7 months in. Bottom pics are today, 13 months in. Calvin Klein 34A bra. I have to take in 34's about 4 inches to fit my 29 inch underbust.

Update week 24 of Noogling So I seem to be stalled. Measurements are holding at 33.50 to 33.75 inches , depending on cycle. It's still up from 32.25 though! Still doing 8:3 method, 3 days a week for about one hour in morning. I'm going to keep going. I'm committed to one year. Looking for inspo!

Hi it seems there's hardly anyone here...I also go to breast nexus forum. I try to only take pics once a month now. That way you really see a difference. Those last pics I posted in the gallery were only from a couple weeks ago, so I'm still the same. Noogling is a slow process. Just keep going :D

Grey bra is Victoria secret t-shirt demi bra 32C pic from a few weeks ago. Pink bra is same model and size bra, but pic is from yesterday. Yesterday it felt really snug, so I crossed the straps in the back to see if I could get cleavage. I did! I think I got a little bigger again.
