at the pressure gauge, I cannot take it above the second line. It hurts! I am trying the 7/2 method, but it hurts, I feel comfortable at the first line. I read that maximum should go up to number 5, so, is it ok if at the beginning I have it at 1-2 line maximum? thanks for your time!
