I've been doing this for years. at the beginning you will get mostly swelling. after time, you get real growth. that will stay with you - unless you lose a lot of weight.

i read somewhere that you don't want to use too much pressure. no purple breasts. you should feel a tug. I've done pump and release and just regular hold. don't despair. one month is very early in the process. at this point, be consistent and get into a routine.

I've done herbs(which i regretted) and massages and the only thing that worked for me was Noogleberry. it takes patience and commitment, but it works.

just a quick update. I'm still a 36C. I've gotten greedy and want more so i'm back to doing it. i do it 4 times a week for about an hour. love Noogleberry !

yes it is. i did take some herbs and got a little bit of growth. Most of my growth came from Noogleberry alone. In fact i wish i didn't do herbs because they gave me cellulite. :P good luck!

the best tip is to stop measuring yourself so often. You'll just go nuts when you don't see progress occur fast enough. So do it every once in a while. I also find that measuring across each breast is more accurate. Happy Noogling!

Wishful - be patient. 26 days is not a long time. do you do i 1.5 hr session or do you break it in 2? that would be better to keep doing it more frequently. it'll keep the swelling longer. i don't know about combining BB and PM - sounds like it may be a bit too much. But others who use...
