I see a difference! Looking good. I don’t get the best swelling with P&H either. I P&H for like 10 mins and then release to really low pressure and stay there for 2 minutes and then I repeat. This along with water gets me really good swelling!

Some new pics! Not sure I notice much of a difference over the past few months. Perhaps I should do a collage from the beginning to see. I also notice big differences when I’m cold vs warm, as crazy as that sounds lol.

hey i want to ask you one thing,i started as flat as you were,now i look.fuller but dont measure much bigger,is it your case too?is it normal? i was expecting to grow inches in 5 months which didnt quite happen

Noogler- what size did you start at? And are you the same size now, just fuller? I find that I seem to be getting wider and fuller, but obviously nothing dramatically different. I measured myself once and never did again. I should try that. I have noticed that I am not fitting in 34c’s (yay!) which would have been loose before.

i measure 28 UB ,33Over bust..bcz of different sizing i am telling number,i used to wear 32A which..once got tight ...now fill full,i doubt if those got loosened with my fullness, and kind of tight,32B is ok just bit loose on upper bust
yes i look wider and fuller than before too..but measure almost same still

Measuring is tricky because how do you know you are measuring the exact same area each time? Have you been taking pics? The fact that you fill out the 32A and weren’t before sounds like you definitely have made some progress. It’s frustrs at times because it’s so slow!

yes exactly...previously i thought i am 87 and one day i realized i dont keep the tape straight...yes i have grown fuller for sure,but still measure same..i just want to grow inches..2 inches in next 10 months please lord!
with the higher pressure i am using now,i am filling cups more than half, i barely filled half cup until last week with gentler pressure ..so i reallllly hope to grow now..thank you for support <3 sharing with you lessened my frustration.

Noogler- thank you for your support as well! That’s why I love the forums! So great to have others to talk to about this. Other than my hubby, no one else knows about this! They’d obviously think I was crazy!

Sounds like you are definitely swelling more. So things are happening. I can’t remember if you told me- do you prefer pump and hold or pump and release?
