Yes, if PM and NB doesn't get me to where I want to be, then I might still do the transfer augmentation, just wanted to try PM before going the surgical route. No, I've been stateside for a year now. And yes, you are correct civilians cannot go to Cuba, only military and their families can go to the base there, and even then we could not go off base onto the rest of Cuba because Cubans would shoot, it's also why American airplanes cannot fly across Cuba, they have to fly around it, or they will shoot at it. I know whatcha mean, I don't feel like I'm a 34C/32D I look/feel like I'm much smaller, like a 34B maybe, but anything smaller than a 34C and 32D doesn't fit, some 32D's are even too tight, and some 34C's, depends on the brand. As far as doing your own hair... I was apprehensive at first also, but when I was 15 I started dying it after watching my aunt do hair, I figured out how to do it myself. It's too hard to do highlights and lowlights on yourself using foils though, that's the only thing, so if I ever do highlights I use a cap and hook. Then a few years ago I started cutting my own hair, there are TONS of tutorials on youtube about cutting your own hair in whichever style you'd like. I usually do layers with sideswept bangs. The layers are easy peasy, you can either flip your hair upside down and cut them that way (they also make a tool to help with this), or you pull the hair with a comb up and cut straight across whatever length, it will then fall into a layered look. Depending on how high you pull the hair depends on how dramatic the layers go, etc. The bangs are easy but took me a few times to get it mastered, you can use a comb then cut the hair at the angle you want it, I start at the brow then cut angled. Or, you can cut the bangs straight across, then texture them with the scissors, a bit hard to explain how to do that, then when you style you can angle them. But yea, doing hair is easy once you get the hang of it. My hubby cuts his own hair and my sons hair. He's done all types of different cuts, from shaggy to mohawks.
