Can’t get any suction at all

I know for a fact I am doing something wrong. When I put the cups on they don’t stay on and the tube that goes to one of the domes keeps popping out.

Do you have the locking cups if so just cut a little bit from the end that goes on the lock and reatch the end if not then all you have to do is cut a little from the end of the tube and reatch the tube...I hope this helps you out.

Thank you. All my cups have the air locks but not the white connector piece. Idk if it’s supposed to be like that. I’ll show u. The top tubes are the breast pump tubes. There is just one white plastic connector and the bottom pump is for buttocks butt it also has no white plastic connector.
I just want to be able to use what I bought lol.

The bigger ones are for butt and smaller ones for boobs. I emailed support but I didn’t get an answer.

Ok i see your problem you need to take the white lock off if do this then you put it on the hose with the single hose and then you can use the one cup when you have it use then you can put the other one on there you go. Good luck and happy pumping.

Ps i forgot to say you take them off of your butt cups ..yes they will work

Hi. You will have better luck pumping up each breast separately. Have fun! PS< if the butt cups fit your torso I would use them! increase the base of the breast.

So just to clarify. Take the white caps from the butt cups and put them in the hoses and then start pumping each breast or buttock separately is best ?
