If you are considering fat transfer read this. https://www.realself.com/review/breast-fat-transfer-nightmare-life
You need a good doctor, and don't try for too much, from what I can tell it requires many small injections, large amounts in one place will not take and die.

I believe the most important part of nbe is to massage your breasts with oil. Twice a day for 5 minutes. Recommended oils are coconut, almond, aloe vera and fenugreek. Fenugreek is usually sold as pills or seeds, but oil is available. If you use fenugreek (for best results) it must be mixed with one of the other oils, preferably aloe vera, about 3 aloe vera to 1 fenugreek. Apply just enough oil for it to be completely absorbed in the 5 minute massage. I don't believe the method of massage is important, only that it should be gentle and not too vigorous.

Noogling should be in addition to a massage routine. Use one of the oils (the thicker ones, coconut, thickest, or almond) as a lubricant and should be applied generously to allow your breasts to slide easily into the cup. Drink lots of water. Good luck!

Thanks for the good reminder tips James.

It's been awhile, and lots of new information on here. Good also to see how our knowledge base and community have grown. The last time around, I was really kind of uptight about the process and didn't even see the value of massage. Now, especially after the appointments with doctors and more research available online, I see that things like massage and water are essential. I just put in an order for new domes (they have contoured in medium now) and also the gauged pump. I'm excited.

One of my docs actually referenced that nightmare on realself...and that was a doctor I had considered! I'm not really considering him anymore. there are two female surgeons in NYC that I would consider: one is a reconstructionist and the other is a plastic surgeon and both cautioned that only modest gains can be made and warned about wanting too much in one shot, so just them saying that makes me trust them more.

I've been researching fat transfer on Realself for many years - Dr Bednar seemed like THE specialist in this procedure, I'm horrified by this review and would no longer consider him. In fact, her whole ordeal is so off-putting, I may just stick to Noogling after all.

looks like all of us big breast aspirants have considered this..when i visited plastic surgeon for opinion i was told that
*abdominal fat is best for augmentation hip fat dies quicker
*when fat cells dont take on and die,u can get lumpy breast and more sessions to correct it
*u need to have a good skin pinch that is 2 inch pinch,if u r skinny and have less belly fat u djt have enough fat to be transferred
*fat is placed behind breast muscle not in breasts itself .so it gives illusion of bigger breatss

and certainly..i said ok bye doc :'(

@noogler24 - the only one on your list of doc facts that I was told different, by all 3 docs, is that fat is injected IN the breast on top of muscle. that is pretty standard on realself as well.

but their opinion can differ from patient to patient and type of doctor too:

-my reconstruction doc walked me step-by-step through my personal procedure, including she meant to use fat under my nipple to 'lift' it (they droop a bit after I breastfed). she also told me she was NOT going to use my center abdominal fat because my skin isn't the best there (a bit stretched out from pregnancy) because I wasn't choosing a 'tummy tuck'.

-plastic surgeon said, straightforward: abdominon and back only. skin will shrink.

I just got my Medium Contours w/ airlock and I can't even figure out how to use them. Plus I had hand surgery so it'll be awhile before I get back to Noogling :(
