Hi Mariela, its good to hear from you. I thinl thee has been posts about this before and i know that some users keep the cups on for as long as they can. There should be nothing wrong with doing this and i would be interested to know how long you can do it before you lose the suction. If you decide to try it, please let us know how you get on!

best wishes :) ;)

Hi Callisto, 10 out of 10 for trying!! I know that other users have successfully had a bath or watched TV and even exercised with the cups on. I wonder if they are users who clamp off the tubing and would be able to let us know what they use for this. Replies welcomed!

Best wishes

Lucy :) ;)

Yes, there is a way to maintain the suction long time (10 hours). This airlock can to do it http://cgi.ebay.com/Botticelli-Airlock-Breast-Enhancement-w-Brava-cleanser_W0QQitemZ150122926382QQihZ005QQcategoryZ72803QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Lucy, can you make a similar airlock? :)

Lucy, I hope that you can make it soon. :) I would like to know if that airlock can be used with your cups. I don´t know if you could try it.
still I have not bought the cups, and the airlock. I want to use that airlock with your cups, but I dont know if it is possible. The cups are cheap, but I live in Argentina, and the pound is a very expensive money to us, so I can not to buy it if I don´t know if it is possible. I hope that somebody can to try it.

Hi Mariela, you could just use a very inexpensive clamp to prevent the vacuum reducing. This should work well. Please email me off forum and i will send you some pics of the clamps i am suggesting. Also , if you email me i can sort something out to get the large cups to you at cost price so they should be affordable.

Best wishes :) ;)

Hi! I was reading about that Airlock, and it is just a check valve overpriced. Also I read that checks valves for aquariums work very well, and they are very cheap. :)
These are check valves

I would need the T tube. and what more is necessary? The pump? could I suck air with my mouth?

Thanks. :)

I've tried this a couple of times. The first time I lost the suction during the middle of the night, but last night, the suction stayed, until i decided to take it off at about 4/5 in the morning. Unfortunately i've got a bad back at the moment and needed to turn onto my side, otherwise i would've left it on all night. The difference this morning is amazing - definate swelling and my husband agrees.
I can also see a big difference on my smaller side (I had implants removed and was left with one side half the size of the other for those that may not know). I can also report that there have been no bad effects on my scars (1 and 1/2 inches long) when using this system, infact they've improved alot, as i've been using vitamin e cream before i put the cups on, which has helped to fade them alot.
I clamped the air by folding the long tube (attatched to the pump) into 3 and tying a hair band around it quite tightly. Unfortunately, i can see this may wear the tube out after awhile, so a proper clamp would be better i think (and less fiddly). I like the look of the top picture - it is the kind of clamp used in hospitals, although i'd probably use two on each side just to ensure the air was locked.
I saw another, more expensive system on ebay the other day that looked exactly like noogleberry, but with a suction machine (so basically you're paying for the suction machine!!). What i did like was that the tubes were attatched in such a way that they pointed downwards, which would be alot neater and would enable you to wear normal clothes over them.
Anyway, happy pumping everyone!

Hi there,
just to let you know...I've done some cycles with the Brava system, which is expensive, and the pump is electrical and brake very easily...to lock the cups I've successfully used the clamps you buy at supermarket to close the chips, biscuits etc bags...sorry for my poor english..I hope you can understand..I mean..there are small and totatally unexpensive clamps which are sold for sealing the food plastic bags...they just tie firmly the tubing and, to be honest, they were pretty good to keep the seal to the Brava domes all night long...I personally wouldn't like to do this, because with Brava I had so many skin problem, blisters, rashes etc..and I would like to avoid them for the future...nevertheless, is some of you has a good skin, I wish you good luck...just try it
Nice we ;)

Hi mariela , there is a simple way to seal the tubes .  Use the pump to obtain the required suction ,fold the tube and hold it tight before removing the pump . Insert the pointed end of a golf ' T ' into the end of the tube . This will make a cheap air tight seal . You could also cut off the unwanted piece of the ' T ' to make it neater .

Happy pumping , kind regards AA4Now

hi ladies! yes I have slept with my domes on and have awoke with suction loss a few times after a lot of tossing and turning. it also depends upon the amount of suction used at the start. the more intense suction the more it seems to hold up during sleep. i have awoke with the domes on with full suction on them as well and what a wonderful feeling that is.... I use the fishtank airling checkvalve/airlock and just suck the air out... works great.... sooo much for brava. ms lucy is there anyway to incorporate a lock/release into the cup end itself. some other glass units have a pinch release catch that works well and if incorporated into the dome one could wear the domes in a bra all day without the tell tail point and tubing being out there for all to notice. would love to wear all day more discreatly if at all possible. thanks for making such a terrific idea very affordable and easy to use.
