Do Penis Pumps and rings damage penis

I am thinking of buying a pump for ED reason but when I did a search on the internet there is a lot of info on the damage which can be done ? What do you think and have you had any problems?

I have used a penis pump and there is no benefit as far as ED. My penis does get VERY Fat and the results only last a day. I see no additional length or increase in firmness. My cylinder is 2.5" by 10" and I can pump to the 9.5" mark but it doesn't stay the long when the cylinder is removed. 7.5 to 8 is the best I can report.
