Having trouble viewing pictures or photos…

I have apple products, iPhone, iPad, iMac, and a Macbook, I can’t view pictures on any of these. I have made sure I am logged in and also tried to copy links and drop into Photobucket, but no matter what I try I only get error messages. I can’t find any additional info posted nor do I see a way to contact help or support, so I am reaching out to you all, any suggestions?

The Noogleberry web site crashed two weekends ago. They got it going the following Tuesday or Wednesday but no pictures. I asked them yesterday when they might expect to get the pictures working, but so far no answer.
