I'm new to Noogling and I want to know how long I pump for in total? The intructions say to pump wait 10 secs pump again etc until erection. However after this period how long do u leave your penis in the tube for? I should say at this stage im only using the device for re-conditioning and not using any of the rings so its more excercise than anything else. I pump slowly but still my penis is turning very crimson coloured!! It retrns to normal once out the vaccum but any help much apprepciated.
