Help with Choosing Size

I've tried to research this but so far no luck so I thought id ask here, I'm a guy so I have a large chest with a small bust. Specifically a 46 underbust with small A cups. Which size is right for me? The larger ones are meant for large chests but also a large bust so I don't know, Would a small or medium work fine for me? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi, I would actually go by the diameter of the cups instead of “cup size”. If you are starting out completely flat, the advantage to using a smaller cup would be the smaller surface area can adhere to the cups better for a greater vacuum seal. But you use plenty of lubricant, you can still get a good seal with a larger cup diameter which would be better if you have a wide chest.
