But theses results are on 2 yrs 1/2 ?
I think such results could be obtained with noogling/cupping in 2 yrs 1/2... All persons who noogle more than 1 yr have obtained results

thanks james .
i massaged with fenugreek oil for few months before noogling ..it didnt help me at all..
no alicia i didnt get great results yet...hardly 1cm if at all after 1 yr of noogling
i am still noogling..i am massaging more than ever..i guess this 1 cm has grown in last few weeks..if i am right ,i ll be able to see definite ans in few more months ..in case i am day dreaming again..i ll just stop noogling .. i am taking healthier diet like yogurt daily..i cut off all junk food and drinks ..lets see what happens in 2 months..i am also getting my hormones tested in 2 weeks..it is hard to give up trying so i am still on board .thanks a lot for supporting me

i see some dry whitish stuff on my nipples inside creases..i am not pregnant so this cant be clostrum..i was wondering if i had galactorhea so i am getting prolact n checked next month..i hope i am not sick

i used to swell well initially ..after 3 4 months i stopped swelling like that..now after winters..i feel better swelling again..but it is very temporary and not like a whole cup size big as for some..it is just modest i would say.. but even during few months of good swelling..i didnt gain a cm even

umm..i must say that my swelling is not even measurable...my breast look bouncy and fuller but

i have a question...is it possible to get Fuller breast without measuring dif..or..can 2 ppl measuring same have very dif breast fullness ? i have 28 under bust and 33.75 bust ..but i look flat.like almost no cleavage .

i started measuring 87cm last year..i measured 87 even after 24 hra of session..but shrunk back to 85cm.in winters despite nooglimg..i am 87 cm again..but i am too too scared to hope high now..i have been massaging a lot more since feb /march ..may be growth is real now..i wish i could know

I know you said you tried fenugreek oil before without success, but I think you should try it again mixed 50/50 with aloe vera Massage into your breasts twice a day for only 5 minutes (more often on days you can).

my periods were bit abnormal
my prolactin came 50.2
is it because of breast pump and massage ? since breast growth occurs only when prolactin rises ?
i am seeing my ob gyn tomo..
but does anybody has anything to say?

hi 8lemon8 :) i couldnt pump for last 15 days..i am moving out for studies next month and ll not be able to pump then i guess...but i m happy than after abt 15 months of pumping i grew 1 good inch. at least have boobs now <3 i saw ur picture and it is like seeing myslf .exact same 1st pic..exact same 1st pic exact current state ..
if i just keep massaging 5 min morning and night with coconut oil shall i keep growing ?

I’m glad to hear you are having progress!! I don’t massage often. Just before I pump. Though I believe others have had a lot of success with it. I just can’t be bothered putting the time into it!
