So after quite a while I am going to try noogling again and this time for a year. Uploaded pics to track my progress which i never did before just measured

I am 35 with 3 kids all breastfed.
-5'2, 135lbs
-Measure 33 upper,36 bust, 29 under. Waist 26 hips 39
-Started noogling again Sept 7th 2015
-I noogle with flaxseed oil twice a day using the pump and hold method. I tried the pump and release first but seem to get more swelling with the pump and hold although it gives me rings that don't fade completely which is why i quit before but will just have to bear it until bikini season again :-\
-I take 2 fenugreek and 1 saw palmetto pill twice a day. Fenugreek tea in the morning and protein shake with 2 tbsp flaxseed at night
-Pumping with the large cups
-Currently wear a 34 b/c bra
-Ultimate goal is to measure 40 across nipple and be a 34d/dd(yeah I know a girl can dream right)

Beautiful breast to begin with! and congratulations on breastfeeding 3 children, I know first hand its not easy. Our measurements are about the same currently and we have the same goals. I'm attempting another push towards my DD's too :) I wish you much success on your journey.

Thanks so much!! It means a lot coming from you as I read and re-read your posts for inspiration before I decided to try again ;D ;) I know I just have to be consistent and really stick with it. I know we'll reach our goals

yes this is definitely a marathon with a lot of starts and stops, but its totally worth it. After looking at your pictures again, you look way to big for a 34b. i know that taking pictures of ourselves makes the boobies look bigger. try taking some pictures that show your torso too so we can see the ratio. BUt to me you look like a C/D. have you tried a 32D before?

Honestly I think I am a 34C cause the 34B my nipple sometimes pops out(as you see in the pic) :-[ :) but when I put in my measurements in the bra calculator thats what it said 34B. I want to try a 32C or D cause I do think that would fit me better especially around the rib cage. I always have to use the last hook on the 34 bras to be tight enough. I would have to order a 32D cause I haven't found that in the stores in my country. I'll take my torso with my update next month but my waist is a 26.

Definetly a 34C! that's a huge sign your wearing the wrong size when nipples are popping out, lol. but we ladies like that over flowing look don't we ;) As far as REAL bra sizes go your best bet is to order online. small band sizes are hard to come by in the stores.

Ok so just an update. I missed pumping for the month of October. So this is my progress for Sept & Nov:
Upper bust:33
Across nipple:37(gained an inch ;D)
Under bust:29

Finished fenugreek and stuff. Now taking maca(1 tbsp daily). Filled large domes and now using contored large

There are 2 solutions to ring marks. Padding as in the Noogleberry rings or yoga mat solutions and/or don't leave the cups on for long periods. Remove about every 15 minutes and massage your boobs and also around the edge where the ring marks are.

I notice that in the last set, the cups were placed a little higher. I think you should try to keep them lower on your chest, as you want the nipples to point to the center of the cups, not down. Placing them lower encourages a little more "under boob"

You look much bigger than a C and you say your band size is 34 (you might try 32) but your noogling bra you show is a 36C. So that would be equivalent to a 34D or 32DD.

Are you massaging (2 to 3 times a day 10min each) with flaxseed oil?

Actually I have been using the rings with the large cups so those marks are from the rings. I am now using the contored large cupa without the rings and find the marks dont stay for as long.

If I put the cups lower they would be on my ribs cause I have a short torso and small chest width. When I pump my nipple are pointed up not down tho. They get sucked into the opening of the large thats why I moved up to the contored large which I actually thought would be narrower to fit my chest better.

Yes I agree my band really is a 32 but I cant find above a b cup in stores so I may order online a 32d/dd. My black bra is the same as a 34D?? Lol i cant believe that I dont think I look that big.

I do massage with flaxseed oil but no not for 10 minutes. I put it on to pump with thats about it

Feb 1st 2016 update:

upper bust: 34
across nipple: 38
under bust: 30

Still using contoured large domes with pump and hold method. Pumping for 4 hours 5 days a week. Only supplement taking is maca.
Will pump using the eveline push up cream and massage 300 rotations at night with flax seed oil

Bra calculator says my measurement s are a 34D!!! Can't believe it but it must be true because my nipple is getting ready to pop out of my black bra pre pumping and I couldn't even fill that bra when I first started in September. I am sooooo excited to be actually growing this time around. That black bra is the biggest I own so I know I can make my DD goal! Won't buy new bras till I get to my goal.

Tip: for me I found that the rings didn't help with the cup marks they actually made them worse. What has worked for me is to use plastic wrap around the cups! I still have slight marks by the armpit but no where near how dark it was when I first started pumping so very happy about that.

Looking fabulous! Very nice swelling. I'm surprised you still fit into the CL. Do you fill them completely? I had the opposite affect with the foam. For me it leaves less marks. I will have to try the plastic wrap idea. Do you put the plastic wrap just on the part that sits against the skin?

Thank you! No I don't fill them completely yet. I think they are alot bigger than the large cause I filled those in 2 months but still have a few months left with these before I fill them I think. Been using them 2 months already and I'm only more than halfway there. They don't have measurements thought like the large domes do so I can't really tell. I'm thinking of marking them myself with a permanent marker or something.

Yes I put the plastic wrap thickly over the rim of the the domes. But if the foam is working for you stick with it though. My skin bruises easily and so the foam just didn't help for me.

These are pics of me pumping now. My nippke reaches the end but I still have space to fill up the domes.

Wow, your progress looks GREAT! They look so much bigger and fuller! You'll be a DD in no time! Definitely an inspiration for my own journey!

Quick question: are you still using the same routine? What is it may I ask?

Aww thank you! They definitely feel fuller I can't stop squeezing them lol

Yeah I'm still using the same routine minus the supplements. I lather up with oil or lotion and use the pump and hold method for 4 hours taking a 5 minute break every hour. May seem extreme but thats what works for me. You have to try different things to see what works for you. Tried the 7:2 pump and release method at first and got no swelling. I worked up to the 4 hours though. Started with 1 hour morning and night then 2 hours. I only realized I need more hours when I lost track of time watching a movie and had noticed the swelling was soooo major after the 2+ hours so I just decided since I'm on the computer for that amount of time anyway may as well pump while I'm at it. I get great suction so can even do my housework while I wear them.

Cool! I'm going to try to build up to 4 hrs. Right now I alternate between 30 mins and 1hr everyday with a day break every 5 days (if that makes sense) lol...not so sure yet whether I respond better to longer or shorter time spans but we'll see!
