This is regarding my order last april 10 2013. I purchased noogleberry system large size, my credit card was charged but until now I haven't recieve the product yet. Please help...I am really anxious and excited to start noogling. Thank you. :(

I think you should send an email to Lucy at the company so that they can look into it. None of us can really help resolve this for you although if I could I would! I am in the US and got mine in 5 days so it sounds like there is an issue. I've never contacted Lucy with a problem, because I've never had one, but every one on here says she is great! I'm sure she can find out what happened for you.
