OMG! Well i haven't had a chanceto NB since my last post, too much going on and too tired at night
Anyway i had a little me time this morning at 8.11 i pumped and by 8.33 i had half filled the xl BB domes!!!! My nipples were at the 100 ml mark so i took the domes off for 4 mins to let my boobs "rest" much like the bread i have been baking lately lol
So at 8.38am i began pumping and oh my!! by 8.58 i had COMPLETELY filled the XL BB domes sides n all!! there was about 5 mm before my nipples would have filled the last of the void so i stopped. when i released pressue the nipples were still at the 110mm mark!!!! even with all the pressuer released my boobs were "stuck " in the domes and i had to slide them out!

When i saw the size of my breasts i was scared lol (no really) they were humongous measuring a whoppind 41.4 inches! and rock hard too!! Now all i was thinking was how the heck do i explain these to my hubby and moereover his mother and father were coming to dinner, how can i conceal these they were actually larger than the canteloupe melons in the fridge!! (You can have too much of a good thing!!! i oculdnt find a bra to fit so i used a stretchy camisole top
Any way aside from wondering how to hide these from my inlaws at 4pm today i was wondering, do you think if i kept pumping them while they are huge, for a long period of time never letting them deflate, i could maintain this isize? (well a few inches less than 41.4" say 38") its been a few hours and i am measuring 41.2 " at present and they are a bit softer .
I have posted pics too! i have never even half filled xl domes before, i thought id have a lot of catching up to dao as it takes a while to get the swelling going. For me it takes a lot of consistent use or i cant get or retain any swelling at first, then after swelling sets in it usually lasts for many hours so i know that being consistent is really the key to this as well as doing it at regular intervals I just dont understand how i got this big after not pumping for a week!?!

Keep Pumping i never thought id get even a half of what i got today dont give up!! ( now how to hide them before dinner ???)

I must say i think this size was achieved because of the foam rings which made this session SO comfy, i was sitting upright in my bed with lots of cushions, and i am in no pain at all aching ribs are now a thing of the past! Thanks Lucy!

Well i was using Nb consistently in the summer of last year,after an initial period of no swelling, i started to get good results, nice swelling, firmness fuller. Then i broke my large domes and so i didnt pump for a few months ( i did however retain some of my gains from NB about 0.5")
I got the BB XL domes but found them super painful on my ribcage so only did a bit of sporadic pumping, maybe once/twice a month just because i couldnt increase pressure without crushing my ribs lol,
so a couple of weeks ago i got the foam rings aka the holy grail on NB which made an ENORMOUS difference in pumping ( i can pump harder and for longer with no discomfort) anyway since getting the foam rings i have pumped 4 TIMES BEFORE TODAY, LAST TIME WAS ABOUT A WEEK AGO (sorry 4 caps lol)
I started out at 34.5 last summer, gained 0,5 " from NB which i have kept and today during swelling i am 41" Hope that helps happy pumping!

Ps i had to tell hubby about NB as he was adamant that i give him back his xl dressing gown, he is still upstairs laughing as i type!!! (cant a girl (wife, mother) have any secrets !! apparently not lol anyway his parents just called and cancelled so at least ma in law wont think im squandering her son's money on implants lol as for him if he doesnt stop laughing i wont let him touch them later

I saw your posts and pix two hours ago but I had to leave for my aerobic dance and was thinking to ask how the dinner went when I got back but I saw , it was called off .

www is right , do not hide them. You got to be proud of them so get a nice top and show off ;D. I guess you will retain the swelling longer than ever (perhaps 2 days ...keep us posted on how things go).

Lol thanks Kultzu your results are fantastic also, i will take your advice on pumping and think about showing them off, my worry is that they may be porn today and gone tomorrow and perhaps i'll be known as the neighbour with the yo yo boobies as they are a whopping 7" larger than usual, i think i will re-inflate before they subside and if i can maintain this (or slightly smaller size) i will show them off as you have suggested lol ;D

You are right. By showing off , I refer from my routine so that means 12 hours from pump time. So they were not 'absolute' huge anymore but inflated a little and with no red marks. I usually pump in the evening before going to bed. .

those boobs are just unreal!! I am thrilled for you!! ;D Do you have any "before" picture? If you don't perhaps you could take one when boobs are back to normal - it would be interesting to compare these amazing "before" and "after".

You say that you have the soft rings and that you use the BB XL - how do you get them to fit? I also have the rings (made for Medium NB domes) and tried to use them om my BB Large - that didn't work, they were simply too small. How did you do it? ???

Hi elusia unreal is right lol although they look a lot more natural now, i am currently measuring 38" and they feel a lot softer now!! i have just posted a before pic in the gallery this was taken about 2 months ago. I know what you mean about the rings but i basically stretched and stretched mine GENTLY in all directions then made a SLIGHT groove in the foam for the BB rims to rest on as they are narrower than the NB THEN i slipped them over the pointy bits of the domes and then fitted them onto the rims (hope that makes sense) if you dont want to risk tearing the rings then stretch gently or wait for the large rings to become available and dont risk it lol

I am using NB with XL BB domes

i pump until almost uncomfy, and watch the cups fill up, i keep an eye on the measurement line as my nipples move forward first, then the rest of my boobs slowly fill the cup, after about 30 mins i release all the pressure, remove domes and let my boobs rest for 5 mins. I then re-attach the domes and pump for a further 20-30 mins only repumping when i feel that I'm losing suction. I find that by removing then reattaching i get the awesome swelling, so far i have managed to get the same great swelling 3 days in a row although i have not completely fill the domes as i did on sunday, i still finish with my nipples on the 120 mm mark and the base of the domes and halfway up completely filled. I am thrilled with my Pammy boobs now and think i could handle them being this size permanently lol
I pump first thing in the morning (kids are on spring break) and by 10 pm they are a healthy full C cup

They are definitely fuller after all swelling has subsided, although they are a little redder than the rest of my body today so i didn't pump this morning i will be pumping tonight though!!
