I've thought about it, but I don't think I could bring myself to do it, mostly because of health problems and because I don't want anything foreign in my body. Also my fiance loves my breasts and is dead against surgury - a welcome change from the first guy I dated, who while he didn't push for it he sure didn't discourage it either.
