I am happy to report that I have been successfully using the Noogleberry vacuum pump system for over 18 months for ED, and found that it has exceeded my expectations. I had discussed my ED at length with my wife and we both were of the view that we should give the system a try before considering enquiring about Viagra etc.
I use the pump 3 or 4 times a week, and make the following observations; no increase in flaccid length, but I think my foreskin has stretched, the increase in girth after pumping can remain for several hours after pumping. Over time I have use the pump for 1-2 hours prior to intercourse, and my penis fills the circumference and latterly almost reaches the end of the cylinder. The girth of my pumped penis now fills the cylinder, and without lots of lubrication, I would find extraction of very difficult!
I would like to try a larger diameter cylinder, and would like to know if you could supply a larger one or perhaps other posters could make a recommendation. I notice the internal diameter of my cylinder is 2 3/8" (notionally 2 1/2").
