What is the Best schedule?

I know it’s different for everyone, but I was wanting to ask what pumping schedule has helped y’all the best in growth?

Hi Stevie - I find I'm most productive if I Noogle several times during the day - late morning and early afternoon is when I see most growth. By the evening I'm often too tired to bother fixing myself up to cups, although occasionally I use my breast pump in the evening, just to get more stimulation in!
