pumping schedule guidelance

hi people..lets know what is better so newbies can know..is it better to pump one long session or 2 ,3 1 hr sessions
since u know,long session gives bigger swelling ofcourse..but split sessions ll keep us swell for longer may be..so what ll accelerate growth better?

The schedule that works best for me is 30-45 min pumping session in the morning and and hour session at night before bed. I do the pump and release method, I pump for 15 mins then rest for 2 mins. Iím currently pumping my left breast for longer periods because itís almost a cup size smaller than my right.  Advice for all the newbies is to drink lots of water to help with swelling. And eat a healthy diet
