the hydro noogling was ....how can i say this one?......magnifique....i would like to do this one all day Lol
i get the huge swelling like before with the hot bath but i like this one better...it is more work to do this with the milking can but i like this one for sure.
the weight of the water in the cups pulling on my bosoms was totally different than the air suction.....and with being in the hot tub ....i have hard time explaining this one to you Mr Nippy....you will have to try it for yourself Lol...

thank you Tartampion for your words on personal album, took some time to put lessons together but glad to have helped someone......and for sure the peoples on forum can find this useful in future.
I do drink the Aloe Vera also.........I put the gel in my tea and massage on my bosoms once a week for sure.... am using Aloe Vera on face and hands daily.......when i have the time.....i use all over ........i have fifty Aloe Vera plants and they keep giving the little puppy plants.

Aloha Mr Nippy .......just to be sure of this......when you use this Aloe Vera......put little bit on the skin and see for the allergic reaction.
Some peoples are allergic to some things ....including the Aloe........also be sure when you buy the Aloe Vera plant....get the one you can eat, this is the one i use.

i just get out of hot tub doing the hydro noogle for the two hours and will keep cups on with water inside for another hour then i will do the massage for the bosoms with decapitated coconut oil .........after this one i put on the Aloe Vera ......i get the big swelling again with the hot tub
