i need helppppp!! :-[ i did pump n hold for 2 hrs plus few min at pressure where my breasts were not in pain at all..on takng my cups off my nipples are really pale like all blood has been sucked from them..what m.i doing wrong :-[ i switched to PH 2 days ago since in 2 months PR i didnt grow anythng
when now i massage them they turn red normal when i stop they are pale again..not painful just pale so much..
i dont know i get signs of over pumping where i guess i m really not overpumping

after stayng pale for about an hour at least..now 3 hr laters yeah painful.sore as expected..is it pms? if i pump.lesser than this it is like no suction att allll..how can i pump lesser than what i am doing right now..i dont think i can

hi lillyane..no m not..but i hope you can guide me how to counter this? i have switched to holding for max 45 min bcz every time i try 2 3 hrs in a row i get this trouble..

She goes about 45min, then out and I rub lotion on em and massage for blood flow... This helps a little.
Warm water didn't help sadly.
We are unsure what else to try honestly.

Any broken blood vessels or splotchiness?
With the male member, that's the sign of over pumping...we have seen that 1 time with her breasts. Oddly the gauge doesn't even register ANY vacuum.

no broken vessel ever,i pump gentle n i m slowly growing ..i guess i am :( (periods make me flat)
i just have nipple trouble in pms n i now cover them with band aid cross and oil the surrounding breasts bcz if i massage all breast 1st,band aid can't stick n stay,so i oil after band aid n massage mainly ring sites
try this,might help
