Bra sizing question

I researched bra sizing calculators, and thought I knew what size to buy.....wrong!

Measure directly under your breast. In my case it's 33 inches after a normal exhale
Measure directly around and across your nipples. Well that's 35 inches.
Some calculators require a measurement under armpits and across the top of your breasts (if you have any) 36 for me.

Then some calculators say add 1 inch to your under bust measurement, some say 2 inches, and for each 1 inch increase in bust dimensions is 1 cup size.

Taking my measurements 33 - 35 - (36), and adding the 1 inch, I assume I should be looking for a size 34 B.
I bought a bra that size, which turned out to be made for someone larger. Either I mis-measured, or the bra was of the wrong size, cup wise. Felt like I needed to double what I had to fit in there.

I found a juniors one size that are lightly padded that fit quite well, but the staps are fully extended already. If Noogle works, I'm going to need new bras that fit. I don't cherish the thought of visiting Victoria's Secret just to be measured!

A little insight would be helpful
Thank you

What was the band fit like when you tried on the bra? My band size is 28 and the manual calculation is to add 4 inches to the band size, which makes me a 32. Sometimes 32 actually feels tight, so I would expect that those measuring 29 inches would be more comfortable wearing a 34-sized bra.

For those measuring a band size of 27, they have to add 5 inches to round it off to 32. This part confuses me a bit, because another member on here who has a band size of 27 fits better in a 30 bra (I didn't even know that size existed before coming here).

So if you have an underbust measurement of 33 inches, your bandsize should be 38. I put your sizes on a calculator and it came up with 38AAA.

Thank You. Here we go again. I just tried 5 different calculators online. Entering in the same dimensions in each one I tried. Each one, gave me a different size, One used the overbust measurement, 3 used underbust, and one used both over and under

Using 33 Under, 35 Bust. and 36 Over

http://www.85b.org/bra_calc.php Gives me a size 38AA
http://www.lindasonline.com/bra-fitting-calculator.html Gives me a 36B
http://www.sophisticatedpair.com/bra-size-calculator/ Gives me 32C, 34B, 36A depending on fit desired
http://www.calculator.net/bra-size-calculator.html?bustsize=35&bustsizeunit=inch&framesize=33&framesizeunit=inch&x=45&y=8 This one give me a 38B
http://www.breasttalk.co.uk/calculate.aspx?ub=38&cupsize=AA another different size 38AA

Its obvious all the calculators use a different formula, but I'm sure each manufacturer has its own guide for fit as well. No wonder I was confused.
