I do the same as Ash I pump till they are tight and I leave them on for a good 2 hours then I let them go for a good 1/2 hour then I go and pump them back up for a good hour or 1 1/2 with some baby oil...I do this about 2 to 3 times a day and I am working on 9 months of pumping....and I live in the USA like you....kevlovs69

Hay Kevloves, looks like your pumping efforts paid off for you like that with ASH. Congrats to the both of you. You both look good. I have been noogleing for about 9 months, and my boobies just don't show much. When I tell them to GROW, they tell me NO. Guess I'll just have to put up with tiny tits, but pumping does feel good.
