It’s hard to believe I started NB in 2012. I have continued to noogle sporadically as I have lost weight and gain weight throughout the years. Here are my starting stats back in 2012 and my current stats now. Along with the pictures.

Excellent results! I’m glad to see you stuck with it. Maybe not continuous but you kept doing it. It does work, but it does take time. I find if I don’t pump for a week or two, I can’t wait to get back to it! I love how they feel when they are all pumped and firm maxing out my cups! Looking good! Continued good results!
