You shouldn't do it until it hurts. Use a LOT of lotion and pump until you feel a pull. Then after a while, pump a little more but NEVER until it hurts. Slow and steady is the best way x

The ingredient volufiline is very similar. In fact, I think it works much the same way, and there are a lot of creams on the market that can be found by just googling "volufiline." I just ordered one from Forever Young called Aumenti, so I'll let you know how it goes! I am interested in this new ingredient, as well, so if I find a cream with it, I'll share that too!

4b) or HUMULUS LUPULUS
5) Red habanero chili seeds: 3 grams (circulation; revulsive blood effect);
6) Vitamin E - TOCOFEROLO: 1 gram
