Europe - anyone can sell me M or L cups?

I guess I was too confused with the sizes explanation. I was so much looking forward to start but I bought cups way too big and I'm not able to actually create the vacuum pull because my chest is not wide enough that they would sit right...If I order from UK it goes through the custom duty and I really would like to avoid doing it again...Is here anyone from within EU that I could buy from? Ideally if you have the foam protection circles too. I'd be super super grateful♥
