Hello,I have several orders with after-sales issues that need your confirmation and follow-up. First, for the earliest orders 63136 and 63140, there were supposed to be two pairs of large soft silicone rings. You sent one pair but are still missing one pair of large soft silicone rings. Then, for the most recent order 64120, two pairs of medium soft silicone rings were sent in the wrong size. Lastly, for order 64131, when the package was opened, two pairs of medium soft silicone rings were missing, and only two sets of instruments were sent. I saw on the shipping note that it says "to follow", does that mean they will arrive later? Logically, there should be tracking information for this.
