I made several purchases, buying two large soft silicone rings. One pair was poorly made and would break easily upon contact. Then I compared the two pairs of rings. From both the manufacturing quality and the size perspective, they looked different. Now these defective ones cannot be used.the order is 63136 ，Could the customer service please look into this and find a solution? Thank you.

Lucy, I sent you another email but haven't received a reply from you. It seems that you still didn't understand my point from my previous response. To put it simply, I placed several orders successively. Now, there's a problem with the large-sized ring in order 63136. It was not only damaged but also the size was incorrect. Another order, 63295, also had a damaged large-sized ring. So, in total, two pairs of large-sized rings are unusable. I hope you can reply to my email or post on the forum when you see this.
