How do upload pictures

Hey Wieda
At the bottom of your reply post you will see "button" with attach files, click on that and choose picture from your computer to upload.
Alternatively ,see icons at top of your reply, icon next to smiley face, insert image... click on that and choose your picture to upload.

Hi have tried both all I get is file to large

You might have to scale them down to something like 600x600 in editor,that should work.
