Hi, this forum has not been very active lately. Hi to just you go over to breastnexus.com, and do a search for pcos. I know if there has been lots of discussion there on that subject.

Personally I think large nipples are desirable yes noogling will tend to make them a little larger but not much larger. I suggest you don't do anything about it and I'm sure you will be happy with the results.

You might try supplenips.com These are designed for women who want their nipples to grow. The idea is to sleep all night while wearing the next size up. But you could purchase the smallest size you can fit into and of course only wear them while pumping.

In your case I suggest leaving them on for a little while after pumping until the swelling has gone down some.
