help

I have two questions now, I placed two orders. there are 63136 and 63140.It's been 3 days, when can it be shipped out? and I found that there is an order in the history that has been paid but not shipped. What is the situation? I didn't even notice it.the order number is 53639?I sent an email and no one has replied to me yet.Can customer service answer this?

Anyone know, I bought the wrong order can cancel the order again? Can't find a place to cancel, and no response to my email to customer service?
Hey zhangjin.......It takes a day or two for them to reply to all the emails.....can you not call by phone? 01303 470799
Being the weekend now, you will have to wait until Monday if you call by phone......You will probably not get response by Email until Tuesday.
If your order has already been sent ,you will just have to send it back and ask them to change it .
You will have to pay for shipping again .
When did you make order?

Hey Zhangjin You should hear back from them soon, should be shipped out within 7 days.

63136 and 63140 were part of the order on your first post and you deleted part of that post and said you got refund?

You said you ordered wrong item , how can you get refund if they are not answering your Emails?

63129 has been returned, I have placed four orders after that and it has been almost half a month and they have not shipped yet.

I called the domestic postal service, but they said they don't provide this service and I need to contact the shipper for inquiries. The second issue is when orders 63272 and 63295 will be dispatched. The third issue is that one of the large silicone rings in order 63136 I received is damaged and unusable.thanks!

Hello Zhangjin........When did you send Email ? Monday? You should get the reply Wednesday or Thursday for sure . ......if you have the damaged items ,take pictures and send to Lucy at Noogleberry
If no reply by Thursday send me message and I will contact Noogleberry for you.You are in China so there is time difference .
If you sent the Email ,Noogleberry will reply.

The most troublesome thing now is order 63160. The package is stuck and not moving. I asked the China Post customer service, but they said they don't provide services for international mail and told me to contact the seller for inquiries.
