The most troublesome thing now is order 63160. The package is stuck and not moving. I asked the China Post customer service, but they said they don't provide services for international mail and told me to contact the seller for inquiries.
Hello Zhangjin.....do not worry....packages appear to be stuck on weekends....they will eventually be scanned for sure....it will be OK:)

However, that parcel remained stationary in one place for six days without being moved. This one was the earliest to be sent out. The other three have all reached my customs here. Only this one's logistics has stopped moving.The customer service representative still hasn't replied to me.

Hello Zhangjin........Maybe this one has been misplaced en-route to it's destination. Give it a few more days Zhangjin.....Sometimes parcels get lost in system.

The logistics has been updated and the package has been rerouted to a third country... This package does have some issues. Also, could you please help me ask the customer service when 63272 will be dispatched? Why have all my emails gone unanswered?Mr,grande

Hello Zhangjin......I knew it would be updated for sure ........So all of your packages are traceable now........it is Easter holidays today and Monday next week.....so you can expect delays in Emails being answered..I am sure they will dispatch your order 63272 as soon as possible Zhangjin.

Mr grande,There are three issues remaining unresolved. The first one is that the logistics information for one of the packages shows that it has been delivered to a third country, but there has been no update since then. I have no idea what's going on. The postal service said that the seller needs to inquire about the reason. The second issue is that the ring in the order 63136 is damaged and I have sent pictures of it to the customer service by email. The third issue is about when the orders 63272 and 63295 can be dispatched? If they haven't replied to me, please help me tell the customer service on my behalf. Thank you!

There are three issues remaining unresolved. The first one is that the logistics information for one of the packages shows that it has been delivered to a third country, but there has been no update since then.
You should recieve updates soon,there will be delays because Easter holidays.
The second issue is that the ring in the order 63136 is damaged and I have sent pictures of it to the customer service by email.
They should reply soon Zhangjin,it was public holiday Friday and Monday (yesterday)

The third issue is about when the orders 63272 and 63295 can be dispatched?
Easter holidays will cause delays in processing orders Zhangjin,they will be dispatched ASAP.
