Hello, could the customer service representative who handled the previous order in June come in for a moment? There were two large-sized silicone rings in that order that had issues, and the customer service promised to send replacements. However, it's now early October and I still haven't received the two replacement large-sized soft silicone rings. Could the customer service please check on this?

I received your email in August saying that you would resend two large soft silicone rings. Then I sent you the address, but I haven't received any reply. Now it's November and I still haven't received the reshipment.
