How long have you been at it and what's your technique?

I use my noogleberry large cups for an hour and then the XL for an hour every night, around 3 days a week I go an hour in the morning. I do the natureday soap and lotion after my shower at night along with their supplements. They recommend stopping caffeine as it inhibits growth, so I did and after that the results we're insane. I've been going for 12 months now. I started from literally nothing but skin on my chest so I'm pleased
