Good evening!! Thought I would post some photos with my 180 cups on. I still use them in tandem with the 210ml. I fill them right full! I’ll start with the 180’s for about 20 or minutes them switch to the bigger 210’s for another twenty. This past eight days I’ve pumped about 10:30 to 1130 at night, I would wake up maybe three o’clock do it again and then repeat about 630 to 7:30 in the morning again. Throughout the day I maintain the swell pretty good, I think I’ve increased volume some too. Time will tell. My bra has been much fuller doing this. Hopefully I won’t lose much.
