Hello Darling. Well, my experience is I attach one cup at a time. Now, time is fluid, so start out with 20 minutes. Then rest the next day. Bruising is normal in the beginning and will subside. I’ve worked up to 45mins. to one hour for a pump. You’ll achieve swelling which feels so good. It’s a regimen that requires dedication that will yield results but yes takes some time. Hi again, I forgot to mention, so you pump to the point you feel some pain( which is the cup pushing on you rib cage). Then release a little vacuum to feel comfortable.

Hi! You will read about many techniques or styles but you have to find what you like best and works for your life style. Other than that, use plenty of lubricant on your breast! Yow want them to slide in and not stick to the cups. Be consistent as much as possible but don’t worry if you miss a few times. Enjoy the experience! It can work and it is so worth the time and effort!
