Hello,

Thank you for your time.

I’m seeking non-surgical, device-use guidance for a complex breast anatomy case.

I have Grade IV tubular breasts with areolar herniation and a very tight base. Below are reference photos:

I would like to ask whether you provide — or can direct me to — practical guidance or coaching (not medical advice) on safe vacuum-expansion use for cases like mine, specifically regarding:

• Appropriate pumping method (e.g., low pressure/long sessions vs alternatives)
• Cup selection and sizing for tubular anatomy
• Areola and nipple protection strategies to avoid worsening herniation
• Pressure settings and session progression
My current measurements for reference:

• Underbust: 30.3 in
• Bust (standing): 32.7 in
• Bust (bent): 35.4 in
• Approx. size: 30A–30B
• Areola: Right 2.75 in / Left 2.0 in (asymmetry with herniation)

If you do not offer this type of guidance directly, do you collaborate with or recommend any clinicians, specialists, or experienced practitioners who provide remote, non-surgical support for vacuum-based methods?

Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
