Currently there is a Swedish report circulating highlighting the benefits of
warming up before using muscles, for example essential when a 'cold'
subsitute replaces an injured football player. The results are very convincing.
Also, reading through various items on exercising the penis, again special
attention is focused on warming up then after, for example stretching -
warming down.
It seem logical not to attempt vigorous exercise on cold muscles.
However the booklet coming with the pump - suggests slow build up of the
pressure only. Though even this technique would never be similarly used on an
unprepared cold limb or muscle.
My suggestion is that the results would be better, bruising less, possibly even
fewer blood spots, especially at the early stages of use -
If your member was warmed up prior to pumping, by hot water pads, hot/cold
thermal pads. Yes! It would extend the session, but one can sense more
spectacular results applying well known techniques.
