Problems attaching the extender

I have fastened the noose tightly around the penis, but it just slips out and it it's not very comfortable either.
The tension rods are not even close to the first groove, so it can't be that it's too much force.
Anyone have any tips on how to fasten it better and more comfortable? (I've had no success with the foam things).
Or maybe I'm doing something wrong...?

Hi plboi and welcome to the forum. Its takes a while at first to get used to it and discomfort is common but will ease in time. Just start wearing it for an hour per day and increase slowly as the discomfort settles. If you messsage me off forum i can send you some softer, thinner silicone tubing and a small sheet of silicone which you can make a strap out of and this will help to keep the penis attached to the extender.
