Hi everyone,
I'm new to my natural breast enhancement journey. I got my Noogleberry a few weeks ago and started pumping daily. I'm currently 32A, aiming for becoming a B. I started slow, with low suction and short sessions, pump and hold. During the course of 3 weeks I could gradually increase the time to 1 hour a day and to a stronger suction. I noticed however that my nipples became pretty sensitive and stay so during the day. It hurts if anything or anyone touches them.
I read that some people are using tapes, while others don't and it's fine for them. I've been reluctant to tape as it seems like an extra hassle, but I also read studies that nipple stimulation is actually good for facilitating and supporting growth, so I decided to not tape them for now.
I got some nipple suction cups though and experimented with adding those to my routine. I know it sounds counterproductive, but hear me out. The suction in the breast domes is really strong on the nipples and it pulls the whole areola and nipple up quite a bit. I figured maybe that's what causing them becoming too sensitive. By adding silicone nipple cups, I can maintain a lower, targeted suction on the nipples and a stronger suction on the breast tissue. This way the nipples are still stimulated, which releases oxytocin and prolactin, but the suction is not too strong on them.
I can have the silicone nipple suction cups on within the breast cups without any issue. They stay in place just fine. I've been trying this for a few days and it seems to help, my nipples are a bit less sensitive between sessions. I wonder if anyone has tried this method and if it really makes sense?

I'm working my way up to wear this system for longer times, when I work from home.
I also wonder if I'm not over-pumping. My breasts are pink/red and feel warm and I massage them after the sessions with a moisturizer. But maybe nipple sensitivity is due to over pumping or me going too fast? Or maybe it's just because I recently started and they will adapt over time?
