Re: before and after pumping after canceroperation

Hello Walks.
very interested in your post. I am 61 years old, have been using a manual pump for only about a week. I use for recreational purpose only. But I wonder if we may compare notes? I use a pump with a gauge, as I am concerned about using too much pressure too soon. I believe with the electronic system there is no gauge so pressure is preset, am I correct ? How strong do you feel the pressure. I pump to a max of 5 In/Hg which is 0.2 + Bar for approx 30 minutes releasing the pressure and massaging approx 3 times during a 30 minute session. Like the use of water but need to purchase an overflow cup to stop water finding it's way to the Vac Pump. Interested on you comments regarding session times ? I am of a similar size to you (7 inch ish x 1.75) and yes I totally agree with your comments regarding retaining rings. OMG even the largest would be (should I ever want to use) so, so restrictive making removal over the Corona very difficult and indeed painful. Would very much like to correspond with you in future.

Regards

Pete.

Re: pumping after canceroperation 2

Hi Foster.per
Thanks for your reaction. The last years I am not very lucky with my health. Almost three years ago I had a very bad heart attack. A week with a heart pump to keep me alive. Only 7-8 % of the people with this type of attack are surviving, but I did. So when I got problems with erections after 1,5 year I thought that the medication or the condition of my heart (I have a death (a-kinetic) piece in the left chamber) caused the problem. I use blood thinners and other stuff to keep me going. So everyone with beginning ED should check there PSA.
I bought as you mentioned the electric pump from Noogleberry. And to answer your question about pressure. There is no gauge on the electric pump. The pump builds up very slow the vacuum in the cilinder. I never made a session for 30 minutes. I read that 30 minutes is the max for maintaining the erection and because there is no real blood circulation in the penis with pumping to.
I found in the last months an American firm who are selling very good sleeves for making the vacuum and maintaining more easy. The attached pictures are showing the better erections and the sleeves. The maintaining rings are going much better and comfortable on and off the penis . The use of good lubrication is essential for the whole process.
I am married and the interaction with my wife is going better and the intercourse gives a good orgasm.
The firm (http://uandmetime.com/products/for-men) sells a very good so called penavascular exercise device. I bought one and I must say that the blood circulation after using the device is getting better.

Re: before and after pumping making progress

After some months I have measered the lenght and compared. There is a progress of 3/4 inch. The erections are getting better and last longer.
Lengt is appr. 7 3/4 inch and the width between 5 1/2 and 5 3/4 direct behind the corona.

Pumping is working.

I have to tell a little of my background. I am over 65 and was active in my profession and in a healthy sex life for a couple of months ago.
The reason for pumping erections is back in time approximately 7 months ago. The discovery of cancer in the prostate turned the normal way of life upside down. A lot of hospital visits has to be made and at the end of the story my prostate was burned away for the biggest part. In this period I am trying to get my sex life back. The erections I have had so far (without any help) are not strong enough to make penetration possible.
In short that is the reason for pumping. (I own the battery pump system with a 2 inches in width cylinder). And it is working.
To share experiences there are some pictures with this mail.
My way of pumping is as follows.
I pump in two but normally in three steps.
I take time to let the blood flowing into the penis.
Patience has a good effect in the result at the end. In addition to that, I put sometimes warm water in the second step. It gives a good vacuum and a stimulation to open the vanes. Before the third vacuum I let the water out and wait for about one minute after stopping with pumping to let the erection maintaining ring go.
When I look at the end of the complete workout the penis gives a rather good stiffness.
(This after practising for about a week ). The overall time to get a, to my opinion, functional result is about 7 or 8 minutes. In fact the Noogleberry system works well.
Still I have some questions.
When looking to the pictures there are some side effects in compare to my erections before the (prostate) operation. The length of the erection is approximately 6,5 inches. This is almost the same length as in the good old days (7-7,25 inches). The width nevertheless is much greater than before. After placing the maintaining ring, it is not easy to get the (biggest) rubber cylinder ring off. The ring is stuck at his place, difficult to get to the top and almost to small to get it over the corona. (Just about 1,75 inches or more).
It is to understand that the vacuum lets grow the penis in all directions.
But I wonder if the cylinder should be smaller to let the vacuum get the penis more growing in length and blocking it to get thicker. The first days I did pump for a minute shorter but the overall stiffnes was not good enough.
The pictures are taken during the process and over several days.

I hope that I will get some reaction of people with longer experience.

Hi Walks,
We have close age, condition, and device! I'm 64 with atherosclerosis/diabetes/blood-pressure with extra metoprolol due to heart aches from 4 stents.
I too had a motorised vacuum device, Medicare paid for it, but the pump lost vacuuming power within a few dozen uses and I threw it away. I'm waiting for 3rd device to arrive in the mail now, noogleberry's manual 2". 3rd? Yea, seems these things can wear out fairly fast. I used water on first one too, love hot water, but not sure if manual pump got wrecked by the hot water.
My worry also was pulling the tighter rings off, but it seems I got past that with enough gel on my member to make it ok but slightly rough.

Here's the major problem though: What right size rubber rings will be correct and be able to pull over cone also. Tough game. Worse, I searched web and nobody including noogleberry is making u-notched silicon or rubber in varying sizes (noogleberry has said they'll look into it later), consequently reaching ejaculatory orgasm is nearly impossible without a notch, seems one can get only near this.

So I'm stuck with all these circular rings and doing what I can trying to buy right circumference.

Glad to meet you Walks, but I may not get two-way comm with you seeing that your post was long ago, but I hope so.

Take care,

Re: before and after pumping after canceroperation

Hi Batchboy,
After a long period I got logged in on this forum and read your reaction.
I am having a period of experience now with pumping and with better results.
My advice to everyone with the same trouble(s) is the following.
Get your pubic hair shaved completely, your shaft and balls and area around. Buy that extended penile foam sleeves. (I use the nr. 3 because of my size, but bought the number 2 as well for being sure not to order things twice). (https://uandmetime.com/products/for-men). The rubber maintaining rings from Noogleberry are good. The water based lubricant is not good enough. I use now Pjur-med premium glide, a silicone lubricant. A few drops is giving a superb effect for pumping and also to the intercourse after the preparation, or whatever the sexual action will be.
The foam sleeve is with the lube (complete shaft) the first to be placed. Get a little lube on the pump on the outside (1 inch) and put the middle sized ring on the cylinder and after that the bigger maintaining ring. Start pumping with intervals. Pumping and letting the air a little bit in for a few seconds. (I have bought the manual pump because I broke the electric one and I am satisfied with it). When the penis is having a firm stiffness I let the first (bigger) ring snap onto the foam sleeve. Get the cylinder of your shaft and slide the ring 0,5 inch up. That gives a little space for the second ring to snap on. Get the cylinder back on with the ring ends into the cylinder. Pump again. Be careful not to pump too much. When I reach a good strong stiffness the second maintaining ring is snapped on. Sometimes I correct the rings and the foam sleeve. We, my wife and I, permit ourselves a period of 15 till 20 minutes of sex. For me it is the maximum time for having a blocked bloodstream. To get the rings off put four fingers in the ring handles and spread them as much as you can and pull slightly. Sometimes the foam sleeve is gliding of my shaft completely with this first action. (The same procedure with the second one). In the period with my pubic hair still in place there was discomfort in that activity, but now and with that silicone lubricant nothing is the matter anymore.
Sex is superb again. I have no pain or problems and the orgasm is back again for the both of us.
For about a half year I am using Cialis in combination with the pumping. That drug is not always giving a good erection, but the overall feeling is better than without. (I asked my cardiologist. The drug is for the Netherlands on prescription and I get it paid from my insurance).
My heart is not making troubles during that sexual playtime. (I got a large death piece in my left ventricle caused by a heart attack almost 4 years ago).
Because of the “normal” sexual life fear and anguish are now more a background symptom.
I hope you will get your sexual routines and life back and don’t be shy to ask again.
Most people are not talking about this. To my opinion that is absolutely wrong.
