Okay... So I know this is a weird question, especially because everyone seems to want firm breasts, but is there any way to make breasts soft again after taking herbs like fenugreek and PM? I am still taking PM in hopes that it will give me some results, but I don't like how firm my breasts have gotten. I loved how soft they were before taking herbs, but they have always been tiny (which I don't like, hence the herbs in the first place). So basically, I was just wondering if the firmness was permanent? Any reply would be appreciated. Thank you.

Wow, this is exactly what was my problem!
I took these exact same herbs; fenugreek (also soy and such) and my breast became very firm, even tender!
I have now started noogling (its my first week) and I noticed a huge change in breastfirmness, they are ultra-soft and no longer painfull tot the touch
If you don't have a breastpump, you can always try massaging with focus on lymph drainage
