Short sessions X more frequency = growth??

Hi! Has anyone tried doing super short sessions, like 5-15min per session and sprinkling lots of sessions throughout the day?

Maybe every time you go to the bathroom, just stay in there a bit longer?

I’m expecting my NB’s in a few days and have been devouring the trove of information that is this forum. It seems all the methods involve longer sessions, whether pump and release repeat or pump and hold. I won’t have time to do it all in one session but I could do a cumulative hour or two throughout the day.

If anyone has tried that, how were your results over time?

I know women have reported better results when they pumped twice a day instead of one longer session, so I think it is a good idea to try. Make sure you also massage with oil, recommend coconut or almond.

Great! That’s what I’m trying. Haven’t seen any change yet, not even swelling, but I’m in no rush and don’t want marks or bruises so I’m going super slow.

I tend to do several shorter sessions, rather than one long. More comfortable and fits my lifestyle. Seems to be working
