Now I know what you're saying there but I have left mine on for about 1 hour and I have 3 sizes to put on my breast and I can tell you one thing that I do mine in the day and at night and I have been Noogling for about 4 to 5 years and I have my tits are at a c-cup so if you want to grow then you have to give yourself more time like 1 to 2 hours in the morning and the same for the evening...and yes I am a man here
