what can I add to help growth speed

I am a male who has been Noogling and taking Pueraria Mirifica 360mg capsules for about 10 months on and off and I was wondering if there's anything I could add to or change in my routine to help speed up growth even if a little

Have you thought about B.O.? Suppose to help with adding estrogen to your body. BUT do read up on the product because it CAN make physical changes down below. I do take along with P.M. Red Clover and Wild Yam. Have I noticed any great results in several months? Not really, maybe just a tiny bit. And yes, I am a 69 y/o male.

B.O. is Bovine Ovary. Also know as raw ovarian glandular.

I really don’t think your able to “speed up” growth. I think you can enhance size by using supplements, but growth is uniquely different for everyone.
