I still use it. I'm going to keep using it until I get to my C cups. I'm not throwing away 10 months of work! lol. The NB gives me immediate gratification so I'll keep using it but it isn't something I'm going to 100% focus on anymore.
Since I've started I've always gotten really great swelling. I started with the medium cups filled those in two months. I have been using the large contoured cups for the last 8 months and haven't gotten any permanent growth.
I now use Bountiful Breast as my main NBE program. I have hopes that that will go very well.
