Today was my first experience noogling. I suspect that I am now the poster child for over pumping. The pics are 5 hours after a 1 hour session

Yikes! Only after one hour hu? You must have pumped way to hard.
Give them a rest until their fully healed, you don't want to damage the tissue.
And when you start back up again, I suggest massaging them and warming them up to loosen the skin before noogling. Use light suction next time.
Your breast will eventually get use to it and you can slowly work your way up to more intense pumping.

I knew some one else that that happened too! Take a break till your natural color comes back! Start again this time using less pressure to pump, (remember it shouldn.t hurt) when you have the NG on. It takes time but you will see your results you are looking for. Remember one day at a time!!

Hi TooSmall,
It has taken 9 days to get back to close to normal. Just a bit of discoloration now. I am a serious convert to slow and steady, I clearly don't wish to go through that again.
