I have a question for you noogle users. I've lost a lot of weight, and unfortunately, my breasts has a lot of loose skin because my breast have gone down. Although, I'm happy that my breasts decreased because they were way to big, I would like to fill the skin and give my breast a lift because they are pancake flat and I hate that. So do you think that by noogling, I can change my breasts to lift up and tighten the skin around my breasts?
