Hi My name is Jamie
I just started NB June 3,2013
I don't have before pics but the pic up now is what three nights of 45 min gentle pumping did for me.
I'm a 32A if that with no real fullness.
I have breastfed 2 kids, and have a very tiny frame.
I weigh 103 and 107 at most. I am 5'4 and 29 years young.
I have been researching NB for about 6 months, I was going to get augmentation but my sickness (MS) will not allow it as implants cause MS. So not the smartest thing to do!
So far I have had fullness and plump lil boobies emerging... can't wait to put up a pic in a month!

Just so everyone knows this little cleavage is a big deal to me, as in I never had that in the recent year since my baby!

Personally when I use extra pressure, the rings dig into my flesh and create ring marks. They go eventually. I have found to not overpump to avoid ring marks. Good luck--lovely pic!
